How do I order a custom hat?

You can email us at uk.countryltd@gmail.com with your hat choice, and size and we can start a discussion. Alternatively, you can email to arrange a video call where we can chat in person and go through options a little bit more in depth.
What accessories and embellishments can I add to my custom hat?

The options are endless and if we don't have a specific embellishment in stock, we can order it in! The best option is to arrange a video call as this will allow us to show you some of the items we have in stock, but also discuss things that you may want me to source. Sending us photos will help us visualise what sort of vibe you are looking for too.
I've seen a hat I like online, can you replicate it for me?

Ok, so we are all for taking inspo from images you have seen online and we ask that you send images over to help us visualise - but we will always try to change the design slightly, as we wouldn't want to directly copy another person's work. We will, however, put a little UK Country spin on it and will make it custom just for you!
What hats can we choose from?

We have a variety of Stiff Brims and Cowboy style hats for you to choose from in an array of colours.
I have a big or small head, will the hat fit me?

Absolutely! Our hats come in different sizes so there's something for everyone. To find the right hat size for you, we recommend measuring the circumference of your head using a flexible measuring tape. Please ensure you refer to our size chart to determine the appropriate hat size based on your measurements. We suggest choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit if you're between sizes. Whilst we don't currently list child sizes of hats on our website, we can likely source one for you. Get in touch with us directly for more information.
How long does it take to make my hat?

We try our best to complete your order as timely as possible. We will be sure to update you as we go, but at most we have a 6-8 week turn around time. Please respect that all of our hats are customised by hand, and by a team of one so thank you for your patience.
What materials are your hats made from?

All of our Stiff Brim fedoras and Cowboy hats from both our custom range and Easy Riders are 100% Wool.
How should I care for and clean my hat?

To ensure the longevity of your hat, we recommend following the care instructions provided. In general, most of our hats can be spot-cleaned with a special wool cleaning sponge. Air drying is recommended to maintain the shape and quality of the hat.
Are your hats unisex?

Yes, of course! We have options for everyone.
What does a workshop involve?

Saddle up, cowboys and girls! Our workshops allow you and friends to come and personalise your very own custom cowboy hat or fedora whilst toe tapping to some awesome country tunes in a unique Saloon bar. Often, we'll have food and drinks and complimentary welcome shot. Similar to our hat bar and private parties, our workshops are perfect for hen do's, baby showers, parties or just a unique fun time with your friends/family. Our workshops have limited spaces available so be sure to book your spot and get in touch with us if you'd like to attend.

What hats do you use for the workshops?

To keep the workshops affordable we use a one size fedora or cowboy hat with adjustable inner strap as standard. We will also offer you the option to upgrade to our Stiff Brims & Authentic Cowboy hats for an additional charge.
I'm a venue and I'd love to host a workshop, where do I start?

Howdy! We'd love to hear from you, please drop us an email uk.countryltd@gmail.com and if you fit the bill we'll get you booked in!
Can I choose my hat colour?

Our standard fedoras and cowboys come in a few different colours that we will ask you to pick prior to the workshop and order especially for you. If you choose to upgrade to our Stiff Brims, then you have full choice of colours.
Will I be able to hand burn or Brand my hat?

YES! It is a workshop after all, you will be making your hat start to finish so if you want to hand burn or brand, you can! We'll be on hand to assist and ensure its done so safely and to achieve the best results.
I don't have anyone to come with, can I come alone?

Of course you can. Our workshops are an inclusive and welcoming space for everyone. We are all like minded people and we're sure you'll make new friends in the process!
Do your workshops always include a meal?

All of the venues we work with offer something different so this is not always guaranteed. Some venues offer a meal, whilst others may only offer drinks. You can check out the relevant event poster for details, or drop us an email for more information. For dietary requirements, we will check these prior to the event.
Do you do private parties?

Absolutely! Currently our private parties are hosted by SBomb Vintage Workshop in Poole, Dorset but we are always looking to expand our range and would love to see how we could work with you. You get exclusive use for 4 hours, pizza and a shot! Contact us for more info and upcoming dates.
