Step 1 - contact us
Drop us an email, direct message or use or contact form to get in touch with the following information below. Once we have a good idea of your requirements, we can provide you with a quote.

Step 2 - wrap & material
There is so much variety to choose from when it comes to picking a material or wrap for your custom western hat or fedora. Due to there being so many options, the sky really is the limit so let us know if you have a specific one in mind, or a particular colourway in mind.
We can discuss this further down the line when customising your bespoke hat.
For the best results, we recommend choosing up to 3 different textures. This could be a mixture of chiffon, ribbon, chains, leather-look string, rope, hessian or bandanas. Remember, if we don't have it, we will source it for you!
Step 3 - embellishments
This is where you can choose any additional accessorises including studs, hoops, pins, gem stones, chains and brooches. Think about the placement on the hat, and if you think you may have seen a particular style or design, send us images to help us visualise your preferred style.
Step 4 - Hand burning & Branding
Many of our customers ask for hand burnt designs to be added to their hats. Lyric names of your favourite country songs, names, initials, symbols, floral patterns or designs are a popular choice. These can be added to the brim, under the brim, around the crown, even the top of the hat - whatever you wish!
Wording will be burnt in a script-like font unless suggested otherwise. Please remember these are hand burnt so we can not always replicate fonts found on screen exactly.
Please note: Burn colour may vary depending on the material and colour of the hat you choose. Some hats may burn darker than others.
Step 5 - your quote
Once we have gathered all the finer details we can provide a quote for your bespoke hat design.
