Shipping Policy

For custom hats 

Our turn around time is currently 4-6 weeks from the point of payment. All hats are handmade to order by a team of one so your patience is very much appreciated. Your item could take hours or day to make so please keep this in mind.

 

Once you have placed your order, you will be placed in a queue and, whilst we always try to have your hat with you as soon as possible, for quality control and best results, orders are not rushed.

For Easy Rider Orders (semi-customisable orders)

​

Our turn around for semi-custom orders is currently 3-4 weeks from the point of payment, although it will likely be sooner for the majority of orders. If you require your hat by a certain time, please get in touch with us before you place your order to let us know and we will do our absolute best to accommodate.

 

Remember, all hats are handmade to order by a team of one so your patience is very much appreciated. We will always try and get it to you as soon as possible.

Shipping and Tracking - Royal Mail Second Class (UK and Northern IRE)

All orders include free UK delivery. Please note: once your order has been shipped, UK Country Ltd are not responsible for the postage time frame or potential delays in arrival. All orders will be posted Royal Mail Second Class unless prompted otherwise. If you wish to add tracking or have a preference in courier, please let us know in plenty of time ahead of shipping.

Overseas Shipping (Republic of IRE/Europe/US and beyond)

​

Due to the rise in shipping costs, at present, we do not widely offer airmail or overseas shipping. However, if you are from outside the UK and wish to place order, please feel free to get in touch ahead of placing your order and we can give you a quote for shipping.

 

Please note: UK Country is not responsible for any customs charges or any additional charges you may incur. 

Return & EXCHANGE Policy

Custom Hats

We are unable to accept refunds on custom orders. Our custom hats are handmade to order and completely bespoke to you and are therefore non-returnable. If there is a fault with your order, however, we are more than happy to offer a replacement or refund upon review of the item. If you have received a faulty custom order, please get in touch with us directly within 14 working days.

Non-custom Orders
 

Even our non-custom orders are made to order and are therefore non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless deemed faulty. If you have a concern regarding your non-custom order, please get in touch with us directly as soon as possible to make us aware.

 

For returns and refunds, please get in touch with us as soon as possible via email: uk.countryltd@gmail.com. Please do not send your order back to us without prior discussion.
